A BIT ABOUT ME ...
I’m a core strength/stability and body sculpting/toning/conditioning specialist and I practice what I preach. I am highly motivated and motivating and get a kick out making people smile and helping them achieve their goals.
Having competed at state and national level in triathlons and distance running in Australia from an early age, fitness has always played a huge part in my life. With extensive knowledge and self-application in a range of exercise and nutrition theories and techniques I’m able to help with almost anything regarding fitness. I’m here to educate, not dictate - why give you the tools if you don’t know how to use them?!
Being a mum of 2 little boys in her 40s I am particularly passionate about working with pre and post natal women and midlife women and helping them feel incredible/empowered and look fabulous throughout their natal and menopause journeys.
I quickly spot muscular and postural strengths and weaknesses in my clients and work with these and my clients’ goals and motivations to design clever, well thought out, effective and enjoyable exercise, lifestyle and nutrition programs. I use a variety of training methods and techniques from HIIT/cross fit style through to pilates/yoga based principles and a broad range of equipment including TRX suspension, kettle bells, resistance bands, wobble boards, stability and bosu balls, power plates, free weights, body weight and pilates reformer to create fun, effective and varied workouts for all levels.
I left my job as a corporate lawyer of 8 years at top tier firms in Sydney and London to pursue my infectious passion for fitness on a full time basis - it’s now my turn to help you be the best you can be. Remember, getting fit and in shape should be fun, not a chore!
