Getting fit and in shape should be fun, not a chore! My mission is to overcome the expensive, niche, exclusive, intimidating, mundane, clinical and other negative perceptions that exist in the exercise world and make fun, effective exercise available to people from all walks of life. Whether your goals are to lose weight, tone up, improve fitness, strengthen your core or help your body adjust through pre and post natal periods or the menopause I am here to help.


I am a fully qualified and insured personal trainer, reformer pilates instructor, pre/post natal specialist, midlife woman specialist and a mum. I offer services catering for different budgets and schedules including one to one personal training and small group training from my personal studio and beyond (eg. outdoors, home or office) and online training packages (coming soon).
